Jesus Himself became the True Vine and His disciples are the branches.

          John saw the vine of the earth, Antichrist and all who belong to his system.

The Vintage is of the vine of the earth.

        Israel was a Vine brought out of Egypt and planted in Canaan, but when God looked for it to bring good grapes it brought wild grapes, and fruit unto itself.

The difference between the Harvest and the Vintage is that the harvest in the natural world is before the Vintage but often continues until they become one.

The Battle of Armageddon takes place after the Fall of Babylon.

        We are told that the harvest is ripe and the Son of Man is commanded to thrust in His sickle, and He does, and while the pouring out of the Vials is part of the reaping.  The harvest is not finished until the end of the Battle of Armageddon.

The Harvest and Vintage are judicial.  They are for the purpose judgment.

             It looks forward to how the armies of the world are to get together by the three unclean spirits to the Battle at Armageddon.

The Reaper of the Harvest of the Earth is the Son of Man, Jesus Himself.

           He was the Sower and He is the Reaper.

                   This is not the harvest of the Church. This is the harvest of the Gentile Nations.

The Harvest and Vintage.
Revelation 14:14-20.

"And I looked and behold a white cloud and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of Man, having on His head a Golden Crown and in His hand a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out of the Temple, crying with a loud voice to Him that sat on the cloud, Trust in thy sickle and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap: for the 'Harvest of the Earth' is ripe.
And He that sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth: and the earth was reaped.
And another angel came out of the Temple which is in Heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out from the Altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying trust in thy sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the Vine of the Earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
And the angel thrust in his sick;e into the earth and gathered the Vine of the Earth and cast it into the great Winepress of the Wrath of God.
And the Winepress was trodden without the city and blood came out of the Winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs."

The difference between the Blessed Dead and those who have the 'Mark of the Beast'.

   The Blessed Dead will rest from their labors.
   The Marked of the Beast will not rest day or 
   night.

The warning is given to those during that time who would be tempted to compromise with evil in order to save or keep their lives.

           This class of dead who 'die in the Lord' will be blessed because they will be delivered from the trials and sufferings of the Great Tribulation and will receive the 'Martyr's Crown'.

The Blessed Dead
Revelation 14:12-13

"Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the Commandments of God, and the Faith of Jesus.
And I heard a voice from Heaven saying unto me, Write, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from hereforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors: and their works do follow them."

          All saints are truly blessed but this refers to those who die after the False Prophet has commanded all who will not worship the Image of the Beast shall be killed.

Eternal Punishment is taught in the Bible.

           Just think of the remorse in the Lake of Fire, as the worshippers of the Beast think about the 'Mark of the Beast' as it was being placed on their forehead or right hand with their own consent because they didn't want to believe the truth of Jesus Christ and trusted the lies of the Antichrist.

Anyone who worships the Beast and receives his 'mark' in their forehead or their hand, is doomed forever and shall be tormented with fire and brimestone in the presence of the Holy Angels and of the Lamb and the smoke of their torment shall ascend forever and ever and they shall have no rest day or night.

        That means during the 3 and a half years of the Antichrist's reign, after they have received the 'mark' because there is no day or night in eternity.

Third Angel
The Doom of Antichrist's Followers
Revelation 14:9-11

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, It any man worship the Beast and his Image and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of  the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimestone in the presence of the Holy Angels and in the presence of the Lamb: and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day or night, who worship the Beast and his Image and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."  This a an awful warning!

The angel's warning was that God's people would hear His voice saying: "Come out of her, My People, that ye be not partakers of her sins and that ye receive not of her plagues."

Second Angel
Fall of Babylon
Revelation 14:8.

"And there followed another angel, saying Babylon is Fallen that great City, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication."

         This tells us that the City of Babylon is to be rebuilt.

                 Chapter 18 records the fall and destruction of the literal city of  Babylon.

The angel's message is: "Fear God for the Hour of His Judgment is  come."

             Man rejected the human messenger and they will also reject the angel.  They will not believe even though Jesus rose from the dead.

Reason for the Season

The  Everlasting Gospel is what the angel preaches.  It is not the Gospel of the Kingdom, nor Grace, nor Salvation but of Judgment.
"Fear God, and give glory to Him: for the Hour of His Judgment is come."

           It is Good News to Israel and all who are going through the Fires of Judgment, because it declares that their troubles will soon end in the destruction of the Antichrist.
