God's plan imagined Israel and the Gentiles being grafted into one olive tree.

..........................This prophecy in Romans 11 hasn't been fulfilled with just the few Jews who have been brought into the Church during this Age; but it refers to what will happen to Israel as a nation when the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
