After (these things) the destruction of the Mystical Babylon and the restored City of Babylon, the first 'alleluia' is for the destruction of the Great Whore, mystical Babylon and the second 'alleluia' is for the destruction of the City of Babylon whose smoke rose up for ever and ever.

Revelation 19:1-7

"After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!” Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!”

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 

Babylon will be ruled by Satan himself as the Beast/Antichrist.

       But before the city is destroyed, God will cry "Come Out of Her, My People, That Ye be not Partakers of Her Sins and that Ye Receive not of Her Plagues.

The God of this World, Satan will possess the minds and bodies of people because Babylon will be 'the Habitation of Devils and the Hold of every Foul Spirit and the Cage of Every Unclean and Hateful Bird.'

As it was in the days of Noah and of Lot, the people will be marrying and giving in marriage, buying and selling, building and planting.

        The blood will run hot in their veins. Money will be their god, pleasure will be their high priest and passion will be the ritual of their worship. New Babylon will be a city of music.

There isn't any word in the Bible that says Jesus can't come and take out His Church until Babylon is rebuilt.

         The Church may be gone years before that happens.

Isaiah specifies and locates the time when is prophecy will be fulfilled.

          He calls it the 'Day of the Lord'.  That is the Millenium, Christ's 1000 year reign on the earth, before or during.

A description of Babylon and her destruction is in Isaiah's chapters 13 and 14 and Jeremiah's chapters 50 and 51.

           In these two prophecies much has not yet been fulfilled regarding the city of Babylon.

The Book of Revelation is a continuation of the Book of Daniel and is proven by the fact that the city of Babylon is spoken of in it.

        Babylon's prominence in the world's affairs at the End Time is disclosed and its final destruction told.

In chapter 14 the 'Fall of Babylon,' is call 'That Great City'.

          Babylon was probably the most magnificent city the world had ever seen and its fall reveals what a city may become when it forsakes God and He sends His judgment upon it.

Chapters 17 and 18 refer to two different things and they are announced by different angels.

          The events of chapter 17 are announced by one of the Vial Angel, while those of the 18th chapter is announced by 'another' Angel.

This chapter begins with the words "after these things".  What things?  The things recorded in the previous chapter, the destruction of mystical Babylon.  

           If she was destroyed in the previous chapter, she cannot appear in this chapter and the City described here must be a literal city called Babylon and since there is no city by that name on the earth now and hasn't been since the ancient city was destroyed, it must refer to some future city of Babylon.

The Beast the Woman sits on is to show whom the Woman gets her power and support after the True Church has be "caught out" and also to show that the Beast and the Woman are not one and the same, but separate.

          The False Church is not the Antichrist.

Ten Kings of the 'Federated Kingdom' will hate the Whore and strip her of her gorgeous apparel, confiscate her wealth and burn her churches/cathedrals with fire.

        This occurs at the time the worship of the Beast is set up because the Antichrist in his hate will not permit any worship that doesn't center on him.

John tells us that 'the waters which thou sawest, where the Whore sitteth are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues'.

          That means that after the True Church, the bride of Christ, is taken out of the world; the False Church, the bride of Antichrist, will stay and will enter the WorldWide Church.

Because the Woman sits on a 'Scarlet Colored Beast' shows that at that time the Antichrist will support the Woman in her one world actions.

         The Woman as a one world church will control and rule the states and her dream of world wide ruling will then become real.

The Woman was 'drunken with the blood of the Saints and the with the blood of the Martyrs of Jesus.'

        This refers particularly of the time of the Antichrist, but knowing history of the church for the past centuries, this is true of the Papal Church.

                The persecutions of the early Christians and the Inquisition; we know of them having been 'drunk' with the blood of the Saints.
