The angel said to John, "Come hither, I will shew thee the Bride, the Lamb's wife."

       Some believe the Bride is the Church, the Church is the Body of Christ; Christ is the head of His body and others believe the Bride is the New Jerusalem.

             Instead of John being shown a woman, he was shown a City, the Holy Jerusalem. That city is made of poeple who are the bride.
