Jezebel of the Old Testament, wife of Ahab,
was an idolater. She caused him to introduce
idolatry into Israel.

One of the first things that happened in the
Thyatira Period was image worship. It has
been there ever since.

In Catholic churches all over the world there
are pictures of saints and angels, sculptures
and graven images of all kinds and sizes
which are worshipped by members - a violation
of God's commands in the Ten Commandments.
