During the 'week', or
'seven years', of the
Tribulation, the
Antichrist will break
the covenant
and start his terrible
persecution against the Jews and
everyone else who worships Jehovah.

He "will cause the sacrifice and oblation
to cease, and for the overspreading of
abominations he shall make it desolate."
Daniel 9:27.
