There are other references to the 'holy city'
in the Old Testament, and in every case the
reference is to an earthly Jerusalem. The
'holy city' is earthly Jerusalem.

This temple will be in the Jerusalem that we
know.

The Jews wish to rebuild their temple, but so
far haven't been able to settle on a site.

Prophecy obviously requires that this temple
be built.
