In Jude 9, Moses' body didn't stay in the grave; even though the devil try his hardest to keep it there. God sent Michael the archangel to see to it that Moses' body was raised.

"Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil, he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, the Lord rebuke thee." Jude 9
