Sinai so that his face shone God's glory.
"Moses wist not that
the skin of his face
shone while he
talked with him. . . .
and they were afraid
to come nigh to him."
Exodus 34:29-30
This experience may
have had something
to do with what God
was going to do for him later.
Just as Elijah was translated, Moses had
received a transfiguation of some kind.
