Those with the harps are the Harpers whose song only the 144,000 Sealed Ones can sing.

         John had only heard them, now he sees them.  They can only sing both the Song of Moses and the Song of the Lamb, implying that they are Israelites.

                   They sang the Song of the Lamb because they had been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.
